A ceiling light is not working. I’ve changed the switch, the light bulb holder, and the light bulbs. But no go
There are 2 wall switches side by side. 1 works, but the other doesn’t. Is there anything else I can try before calling in a professional electrician? Thanks.
Have you rechecked the wires on the bulb holder( socket),
these wires are small and will slip out of the wire nuts
The switch that is not working , take the wires off and put them together no wire nut just touch them , ( power off ) then turn power on, if light works new switch if not make sure you have new bulb,
if they don’t work take the bulb to another socket and try there, if they are good and switch is good you have wiring problems
